The fliers that you see at this site are the fliers for our current, active listings. These fliers are automatically posted on many on-line classified sites like craigslist.com. In addition to these sites, we partner with our clients to continue to "virally" market the property to folks in our database and our clients' database.
What this means to our clients is that their property is exposed 24/7 on the internet in many of the sites that buyers search for property.
Self-Narrated, Video Walk Throughs:
This site is a simple video search engine that has collected our videos from where they have been published/distributed. In addition to YouTube, we publish our walk through tours on 7 other video distribution sites. We were the first Realtors in Ann Arbor that also attach the video walk through to our Realtor.com Listings.
For our clients, this means that before someone even walks through the front door, they know that the property meets their home searching criteria. This cuts down on last minute showing appointments and assures us that buyers seeing the home in person are already considering purchasing.

This is where consumers come to learn about the Ann Arbor Area Real Estate Market. With market stats, inventory reports, news, opinion and events listings, we are able to drive potential buyers to your property from the Internet.
